sooo since the forum is dead, i decided to try? anyone can put riddles or w/e:)

- Before Mount Everest was discovered, what was the highest mountain on earth?

- Many have heard it, but nobody has ever seen it, and it will not speak back until spoken to. What is it?

- A man was found murdered on Sunday morning. His wife immediately called the police. The police questioned the wife and staff and got these alibis:
The Wife said she was sleeping.
The Cook was cooking breakfast.
The Gardener was picking vegetables.
The Maid was getting the mail.
The Butler was cleaning the closet.
The police instantly arrested the murdered. Who did it and how did they know?

not so sure on the first one but the my guess for the second is sound. when spoken to, you make sound, so you hear it every time you speak. and, you obviously can't see sound.

And the third is easy. The wife.
